Data collected
Through the contact form: first name, last name, work email and, if you provide them, phone, company, engagement type, description of your need, indicative budget or target day rate, preferred date, duration and location. No other data is collected: no analytics, no advertising cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is only used to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on Hive4DX's legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (GDPR article 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
Recipients
Data is intended for Hive4DX only. The form is routed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), acting as a processor that forwards messages by email. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. No data is sold or shared.
Retention
Exchanges are kept for 3 years after the last contact and then deleted, unless a contractual relationship begins in the meantime.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@hive4dx.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Display preferences
Your language and theme (light or dark) choices are stored in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are never transmitted.
